About Julie

There is an ancient understanding that nature offers many roads to health.  This is deeply rooted in my teaching and healing practices.  It is easy in today’s world to forget how much we rely on plants and nature to survive.  In truth, we are much alike- all plants and people engage with the cycle of life’s energies: being, becoming, interdependence, abundance and letting go.

Nature’s cycle is central to understanding health, ease and balance.  We must each find a way to engage with the demands of a modern world, while honoring our deep-rooted need to be whole and healthy, in our own unique way.

This is the way I practice, teach and weave story.  This is a path where harmony can be found.
